Our head chef sources the finest seasonal produce, to bring you fresh, forest to fork food with a twist. All our fruits, vegetables and flowers are supplied or picked by local growers. Our local fisherman Nigel calls us on the way in to Lymington river with his catch everyday. All the eggs in our puddings are lovingly provided by local hen keeper, Wendy.
